Welcome to the Power Team Realty Corp. Agent Portal. By accessing and using this platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This portal is designed exclusively for internal professional use by our licensed agents, staff, and authorized collaborators.
1. Portal Access and User Eligibility
This portal is accessible only to licensed Power Team Realty agents and authorized team members or contractors (e.g., developers, photographers, admins). Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited. Power Team Realty reserves the right to approve, restrict, or revoke access at any time.
2. Account Responsibility
Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Sharing access or allowing third-party logins is not permitted. Users are liable for all activity conducted under their account. Suspicious or unauthorized activity must be reported immediately to jmartinez@powerteamrealty.com.
3. Roles of Non-Agents
Non-licensed users (such as assistants or service providers) may be granted restricted access for specific tasks. These users must:
Operate under supervision or written instruction
Avoid submitting or editing property listings without approval
Respect full confidentiality of all data and documents
Never use portal data for personal or commercial use
Violations may result in immediate access removal and potential legal consequences.
4. Property Listings and Content Accuracy
Agents are solely responsible for the accuracy and integrity of their listings. This includes property details, pricing, status (e.g., For Sale, Sold, Rented), and legal disclosures. Listings must comply with local regulations (MLS, fair housing, COs, etc.). Power Team Realty may edit, correct, or remove any misleading or incomplete listing at its discretion.
5. Media Uploads (Photos, Videos, Documents)
All uploaded content must:
Be owned by the agent or used under valid licensing (e.g., Freepik, Envato Elements)
Be free of watermarks or unauthorized third-party branding
Be appropriate, non-offensive, and not misleading
Power Team Realty may remove or replace any media that violates these standards.
6. Leads, Contacts, and Form Submissions
All client inquiries and form data collected through the portal are strictly confidential and for internal business use only. Users may not:
Share, sell, or export contact lists
Solicit outside of Power Team Realty’s business scope
Store personal data without consent
All client data must be handled in compliance with privacy laws (e.g., CCPA, GDPR where applicable).
7. Intellectual Property
All elements of the portal—including text, images, logos, layout, software, and tools—are the intellectual property of Power Team Realty Corp. and cannot be copied, modified, or redistributed without prior written authorization.
8. Listing Visibility and Marketing Use
By submitting a property listing, agents grant Power Team Realty the right to:
Publish the property on the main website
Share it across third-party platforms (e.g., MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com)
Use it for internal or external marketing and promotional materials
Listings may be edited for formatting, consistency, or SEO optimization.
9. Confidentiality and Data Security
The portal includes access to sensitive business information. Users must:
Maintain strict confidentiality of all internal data
Avoid downloading or distributing documents without purpose or authorization
Report any suspected data breach immediately
Any data misuse will be treated as a serious policy violation.
10. Account Suspension or Termination
Power Team Realty reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate a user’s account in the event of:
Policy violations
Security threats
Inactivity or role termination
Repeated misconduct or unprofessional behavior
Access will be revoked without notice in critical cases.
11. Updates to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically to reflect operational, legal, or technical changes. Continued use of the portal after an update signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
